How do you define standard shipping?

GoCPAP.com utilizes a unique warehousing model in order to provide quick shipping to locations around the United States at discounted rates.  The default method of shipping is standard shipping. When this option is selected, we utilize the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS to deliver your package. The determination regarding which provider we used is based on cost and how fast they are able to get you your product. We ship all orders greater than $49.99 for Free!  

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders that have been placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. If your order is on backorder and is not available, we will notify you and will ship your item once it becomes available. Expedited delivery calculations only take business days into account. Express shipping can provide delivery on Saturdays, but there is an extra charge associated with this option. You will need to speak to a representative in customer service in order to select this method of delivery.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99. This is standard shipping that will arrive within 5-7 business days. We provide upgraded shipping options with an additional charge. The cost of this service will vary depending on the address the item is being shipped to and the package weight. To determine how much it would cost, initiate a checkout on our site to view the published rates. Items may be sent with or without tracking information by way of USPS.

Notice of Special Delivery for CPAP or Bi-level Equipment

Please note that all orders that contain CPAP or BIPAP machines will require a signature. Customer must make sure that the necessary arrangements are made to have the machine shipped to an address where an adult will be prepared to accept it. GoCPAP.com is not responsible for issues such as 3rd party company errors, stolen packages, etc.  In the event that an issue like this arises, we will be glad to work with the 3rd party company to determine a resolution.
