Stephanie
Store Manager & Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

Stephanie is our dedicated Manager and a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), a board certification for sleep technology professionals who are trained in monitoring and interpreting sleep studies. With 16 years of experience in sleep technology and part of the GoCPAP team since 2021, Stephanie educates patients about sleep apnea and helps them use their CPAP equipment with confidence. As a CPAP user herself for more than 13 years, she brings genuine personal understanding and encouragement to every patient she helps — she's not just explaining the equipment, she's lived with it.

Outside of work, Stephanie has been happily married for over 30 years and is the proud mom of two grown children. She loves spending time with her three miniature Dachshunds, decorating for the fall and winter holidays, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

Kendall
Customer Service Representative

Kendall is the friendly, familiar voice behind GoCPAP's customer service, bringing seven years of experience in the sleep industry. Over his career, he's worked as a Warehouse Associate, ReSupply Technician, Clinical Assistant, and in sales — hands-on experience across nearly every part of how CPAP equipment gets from a warehouse to a patient's home. Known for exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge, Kendall is genuinely passionate about helping patients troubleshoot equipment issues and get the best experience possible.

Outside of work, Kendall is a devoted husband of over 14 years and proud father of two young children. Originally from Alaska, he moved to North Carolina in 2016 for a warmer climate. In his free time, he enjoys serving in ministry, playing disc golf, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.

Rosie Z.

With over 18 years of experience in customer service, Rosie has built a strong reputation for helping others improve their quality of life through better sleep solutions.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two children — whether that's a day at the park, the pool, a museum, or another outdoor adventure. Creating lasting memories with her family is what she values most.
