The ActiveCell cushion from ResMed has been enhanced to provide a more comfortable experience. It now includes an inflatable chamber that expands and contracts on its own, creating a gentle seal without the need for tight headgear.

Regarding sizing, the small Activa LT mask comes with a smaller frame size than other Activa LT masks. The small cushion and clip are compatible with small SoftGel or Activa LT mask frames.
The Softgel and Activa LT medium, large, and large-wide masks all have a standard mask frame. Their cushions and clips can be swapped between the different mask models.
