I’ve been using the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet with ClimateLineAir, and it’s been outstanding. The unit is extremely quiet — you can barely tell it’s running, which makes for a peaceful night’s sleep. The pressure adjusts automatically and smoothly, and breathing feels completely natural.
I don’t use the humidifier, and even without it, the therapy is comfortable and consistent. The ClimateLineAir heated tubing keeps the airflow steady, and the machine’s design is compact and easy to operate. The display is bright, intuitive, and simple to navigate.
The customer service was also excellent — helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions.
Overall, this is a fantastic CPAP that delivers quiet, comfortable, and reliable therapy. Highly recommended for anyone who wants top performance and great support!
Good price on a very solid performing machine. Unfortunately, the output air smells like baby powder and cleaning. the hoses and mask did not remove the smell. Perhaps it will fade over time.
I think the Resmed Airsense 10 with the right angle exit from the back for the hose, the clear and responsive dial, the durability and accessible clinician menu is ideal for me as I try to self manage my sleep apnea. I am a physician but the Oscar software and Apnea Board forums can be very helpful. For those looking for a durable machine that can be bought with coupons basically for $499 self pay shipped new or even lower on the used market this machine allow many who do not have insurance or can not afford copays to attain treatment for Obstructive sleep apnea.
Machine is quiet easy to set up, reliable and durable
It is SOOOOOOOOOOO Quiet compaired to my old (17 year old machine that died). Its so quiet that when I put the mask on, (its set to auto start) I have to pull the mask away from my face a tad just to make sure it is on and running. Its FLAWLESS. I've had it for 3 weeks and its the very BEST CPAP Machine I have ever own (my 3rd since 1997). I know technology brings improvements but I can HONESTLY SAY, ResMed cannot improve on this. I know there is a newer model out but this is STELLAR! I've used a Respironics Blue Gel Comfort mask since I started on CPAP. However, last weekend I was at my daugher's and she showed me the mask she is using, the ResMed AirTouch N20. O M G! is a GAME CHANGER! I've had it for 2 nights of totally sleeping unbothered by mask movement (before I had to have it so tight so the Smiley face on the machine would not turn red with a pout)... its perfect, simply perfect. No silicone, but Memory foam with a .. I don't know how to describe it, almost cloth like covering which does not get hot and sweaty around the nose and SO FANTASTICALLY QUIET! And the Headgear is TOTALLY AWESOME.. rather than having to redo the velcro straps each time you wear it, you adjust it once and then there are magnetic snaps that you just pull, put on the mask and let them click back in place. ResMed, is my ULTIMATE RECOMMENDATION for EVERYONE. I was leary after my past machines to try something new. BEST DECISION EVER!!! GO ResMed and thank you GoCPAP for such a great price. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! A ZILLION STARS!!!!!!
