The next evolution of ultra-portable CPAP is here. The Transcend Micro 510 packs reliable, auto-adjusting therapy into the world's smallest form factor, and now comes standard with a hard shell case, waterless humidification, and your choice of four colors. Designed and assembled in the USA with a 3 year warranty, it's built for travelers who refuse to compromise on quality or comfort.
At just 0.48 lb and smaller than a soda can (3.6" x 3.6" x 2.4"), the Micro 510 is the world's smallest auto-adjusting CPAP.
The Micro 510 responds to your breathing in real time, adapting throughout the night to keep therapy effective and comfortable, delivering the same 4 to 20 cm H2O therapeutic range you'd expect from a full-size machine.
Start therapy at a lower pressure and ease into your prescription gradually, just like a full-size machine, so falling asleep feels natural instead of overwhelming.
The included WhisperSoft Muffler reduces airflow noise for quieter nights at home and on the road, keeping the device in the 25 to 29 dB range depending on your prescribed pressure.
Unlike the original Transcend Micro, which is compatible with waterless humidification but doesn't include it out of the box, the 510 ships with an AirMist HME starter kit standard, adding moisture to your airflow with no water chamber and nothing to spill in a hotel room.
A one-button Drying Mode clears moisture from the airpath after each session, keeping maintenance simple no matter where you're sleeping.
A standard woven filter comes pre-installed, and a fine hypoallergenic filter is included for dust-sensitive sleepers. Note that both filters are designed specifically for the 510 and are not interchangeable with the original Transcend Micro's filters.
The 510's TransFlex hose is more flexible than the previous generation's AirFlex hose, for easier movement and fewer tangles overnight.
Therapy begins the moment you breathe into your mask and stops automatically when you remove it, no buttons required.
Designed and assembled domestically, the Micro 510 is backed by a 3 year warranty, the longest in portable CPAP, a full year more than the original Transcend Micro's 2 year coverage.
Note: a battery is not included. An optional Transcend PowerAway battery, rated for up to 17.5 hours of use, is available separately for off-grid power. A CPAP mask is also not included, though the Micro 510 works with any standard 22mm mask.

Yes. A valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required to complete your purchase, the same as any CPAP machine.
The therapy itself is identical, same size, same weight, same 4 to 20 cm H2O pressure range. What's different is everything that comes with it: the 510 includes a hard shell case, waterless AirMist humidification, and a hypoallergenic filter standard, plus a 3 year warranty instead of 2. If you already own an original Transcend Micro and it's working well, there's no medical reason to upgrade. The 510 is the better choice if you're buying new and want a complete, ready-to-travel kit from day one.
No. The 510 uses a redesigned TransFlex hose and its own woven and hypoallergenic filters, which are not compatible with the original Micro's AirFlex hose or PureFresh filters. Make sure you're ordering the correct accessories for your specific model.
No. The Transcend Micro 510 uses a standard 22mm mask connection, unlike the ResMed AirMini, which requires ResMed's own mask packs or adapters, so you can keep using a mask you already own instead of switching brands.
No. The included AC power supply covers standard use.
Yes. The Transcend Micro 510 is TSA and FAA compliant for both carry-on and in-flight use.
The Transcend Micro 510 includes a 3 year manufacturer's warranty, the longest currently offered on a portable CPAP machine.
I got the Petal Pink Micro and adore it! Such a nice option to have something that actually looks cute. It's less than a pound and so easy to take with me on my work trips. The micro muffler it comes with helps with my tubing and mask noise.
