Fitting Your Rio II Nasal Pillow Mask with Headgear

1. Feed the headgear’s side straps separately through the appropriate spaces, then fold over to retain adjustment.
2. Don the headgear by holding the back strap securely while stretching it over the back of your head. The top strap provides an additional point of contact and should be comfortably positioned at the top of your head.
3. Evenly adjust each end of the headgear’s side straps until the interface is positioned comfortably just below your nose, and reattach the strap’s fastening tabs.
4. Briefly move the mask away from your face, then gently allow it to return to your face for a secure and comfortable fit. Ensure that the included nasal pillows fit securely in your nostrils with both pillows in an upright position.
5. To complete, connect the available end of your mask’s short tube to your CPAP machine’s hose. Now, your interface is fitted correctly and ready for use.

Note: If you detect air leakage, adjust the angle of the included nasal pillows until you achieve a superior seal. If you cannot resolve the leak, you may need to try a different size of nasal pillows.
